Looks matter the most. All the people who say your "personality" is more important needs to get out of their little world. Attractive people get better advantages in life ugly people do not.

Looks are 80%, brains are 20%. For example, you could be the smartest guy in the world yet if you are ugly, no one would even give you a second of their day, reverse the scenario now, if you are a dumb guy who looks hot, most women would atleast consider spending sometime with you, it's another thing as to how many of them would stick to you after your brains(or lack of them) are exposed.

I think people can be extreme with this one. Granted he's not phantom of the opera - a 5 can easily become an 7.5. If he was hideous that's another story but then again there are exceptions to every rule. What is he was disfigured but had a beautiful spirit, great guy, positive outlook and loved me.....possible GO for me.

Agreed. I'm not the best looking guy in the world & yet I have always done very well in meeting women & getting to know them. Most of that is just knowing how to talk to them, being outgoing help's a lot not to mention being yourself.

Absolutely, the politically correct folk around here will try to disagree with you though, although they know deep down inside that you are right.

Yes, but the time that lasts, especially for women, is quite short- usually 18-30, maybe 35. After that, and especially if they never developed any merits in life, things get ever more dismal for, oh, the next 40+ years.
Some men, strangely, get more attractive in the 35-55 range, than they were in younger years.
