Women Are Like Cats, Men... Dogs

Found an interesting presentation on an analogy I often use. Does this seem to be "sound" advice and an effective dating strategy?

Here's my favorite Top Reasons Women Are Like Cats. I couldn't find a similar one that portrayed men in an ironically humorous way. I'm hoping some female might want to share a "Dog" link...or some other type of amusing analogy.

Oh, how I wish I could lick my own *coughs*

I'd never chase a cat.

I'd say that's not a bad analogy. However, I'm a guy and I'm definitely more like a cat. I do what I want, when I want, and if someone tries to prevent me from doing that I tend to avoid that person. Cats seem perfectly happy not being in a group or having companionship as long as they have plenty of food and sleep. And I'm like that, too. But then, most other guys I've known in my life were, in fact, more like dogs. I know I'm an oddball.
