His line probably worked one in a hundred times, and he's trying it again. Some guys are total slezze balls. I knew this one guy who used to hit on anything that walked by in a skirt. He had no shame, you never knew what would come out of his mouth. Very inappropriate. He had women all over the place, and some were pretty hot. Some were not. He was as close to Sam Malone character on Cheers as you could find, cheesy come ons and all, and just as sexually active. So maybe this guy at the resort is another Sammy, and this is his thing. Sam also had been married twice, but that didn't stop his womanizing in the least.
It doesn't make him a womaniser, simply saying what the OP said he said to her in the OP.
Lots of guys think thoughts like this, just don't say them often. He might not say them often either, just caught in the moment at a resort and probably under the influence of something. Now if there was evidence of this stranger regularly acting this way, your womaniser label would carry more weight.
OP, you're not fooling anyone. You and I both know that you enjoyed receiving such a compliment from a man who is already taken. Virtually everyone likes to receive regular validation that they're sexually attractive and I highly doubt you're any different.
As a married man, his behavior was dishonorable and crude...and even if he were hypothetically unmarried, he should be ashamed of himself for making such comments in public, as a complete stranger to the OP.
Just MHO tho...

I've actually been in this situation many, many times. I guess since I'm not really a 'normal' looking woman I get guys who tell me all kinds of skeezy things. Just recently I had a guy tell me he wanted to climb me like a tree, and just two das ago while playing pool with a few of my friends I had a guy come up to me and say 'I'm usually an ass man, but you might have just turned me into a boob man'. I can't even remember how many times random strangers have come up to me and told me that it's always. Een a fantasy to be dominated sexually by a taller woman.
I'm so used to this now that it doesn't even bother me...
A couple of years ago, I was pumping gas when the woman on the other side looked over and said, "You look fun." She really didn't need to add the 'in bed' for me to know what she meant.
He could have been a swinger. Or had an open marriage. There are actually a lot of people like that out there. I remember one time I was real young, like 21, and I was at my boyfriend's concert. A woman came up to me and asked if her husband could buy me a drink. I was like, "Huh, wha-?" It took me a couple of years before I realized what that was about
