If I was in those shoes, I would want to know if my spouse was cheating on me. Sure I'd be pissed at the person that enabled them to cheat, but it depends on whether the person knew the spouse was married, or if the spouse pulled some lies and said they were single.

Just completely cut contact with him and i think you'll be fine. Hold onto the evidence of him implying he was single/divorced.

Anyone that dates a married man or woman gets what they deserve. There are billions of single people out there. Cast your net in their direction. And stop complaining when the drama descends on YOU, since you stupidly got involved in this mess in the first place!

Am I missing something here? Did she not clearly indicate that she was NOT aware that he was a married man?

Sooner or later everyone is. Walk away, suck it up, and get over it. Do not respond to anything from either party - husband or wife - ever again. If you still really believe that he wants to be with you just because he didn't file the complaint, you have more emotional problems than can be solved in a public forum. If you insist on making a nuisance of yourself, be prepared for the consequences of your actions. Move on - or continue to make a fool of yourself by instigating more drama. Your choice.
Basically this.

He probably told the wife you were stalking/ harassing him to try to deflect the blame from himself. I would say just ignore it, but if this couple is kooky enough to keep harassing you or to file charges against you, you might want to seek legal counsel or an order of protection of your own. Sorry this happened to you.

How were they harrassing her?? I must have missed something. The wife filed a complaint against her (I'm assuming maybe an order of protection?). That isn't harassment. She is protecting herself.

The only thing the wife knows about this woman is what her husband told her, and I can guarantee you it wasn't "I made a poor choice but she was a nice girl"...I'm SURE he demonized her and made her out to be some stalking, dramatic wack-a-doo. The fact that she had the balls to call the wife probably confirmed that she is at least dramatic.

Unless you have a tracking device on him, no you don't. Also, knowing where he is isn't the same as knowing what he's doing.
