What constitutes a good personality is subjective to every woman.
When I was in high school the girls there only wanted to date guys who were bullies and who used to shun other guys who were deemed as weaker or inferior to those in their clique.
All the girls or the ones that you wanted to date? It seems that men say that "all the girls" always wanted to date the jerks and women say that "all the boys" always wanted to date the shallow hot chicks. Whatever. To me - it seemed that all the jerks and all the shallow girls wanted to date each other. Fine by me! I was a drama geek who dated another drama geek and we are still best friends. He was a nice, smart, funny guy - I was a nice, smart, funny girl - and now we are both married to nice, smart, funny people.
A woman that used coupons on a first date or didn't contribute at all to the dates, lived with her parents, didn't have a job, and didn't have a car in a city that you needed one in wouldn't exactly be a good catch either! I wasn't implying that he wasn't a good catch because he was a man - honestly! Would you date a 30 year old woman with out a job who lived with her parents, didn't have a car and didn't contribute anything to a date except for a coupon? Any of these one things by themselves is fine - but put them all together like that and you've got one undesirable person - regardless of gender!
What is wrong with a woman living at home with her parents? For all we know, she could have a "fat" bank account for future use (house, kids, retirement), then again she could also have 98 pairs of shoes in her closet and be $75K in credit card debt. Sure, she might be in-between jobs, and having a car isn't everything. Contribute to a date, well she's there isn't she, isn't one's time valuable enough?

There's no one thing that stands out above all else. Respect, integrity, hygiene, intelligence are just a few of the things that are most important to me.

well that could go for a man still living with a relative too but most women don't ever view it that way.
