Why I'm "cynical" about love and think it's mostly BS (wives, marriages)

Simple. Be exciting! Go on adventures, by yourself or with someone you "love". No one will ever get tired of you. People don't leave people that make them happy and feel good about themselves, everything else is negotiable. Just saying.

Had lot's of money once upon a time and had lot's of friends that never got tired of me. I lost the money and all those friends drifted away except for one. That one I had thought perhaps the least of out of that whole happy crowd. We stayed friends after that through the good times and the bad until he passed some years ago. Just saying.

Actually that is a little bit of the love I believe in. My dad died around this time last year and when I told some of my old friends from VA about his terminal status not even 30 minutes later I got texts and phone calls about their offers of prayer and even coming down to NC where he was. I love those guys to death b/c I know I'll have their back and they'll have mine when happens.
