I'm thinking of doing the laser vision correction thingy.
I asked my eye doc during a routine exam what the cost would be, just ball park number for budgeting and he said around 4800 or so.
IDK, sounds expensive, but I wear daily disposable contacts that run me about 750 a yr.
It would appear to pay for its self fairly quickly.

Depending on your age Chow you may not get that return. In my case I'm at the age now where I should wear cheaters to read when I have my contacts in. I would still need them with lasik so I pretty much have given it up. BTW, $4800 was the figure I was given.

Can I just inject my opinion here. I don't need corrective lenses so I don't really know how much of a pain in the ass they are, however...a man wearing glasses while reading is pretty damn sexy to me. It's that small part of me that LOVES an intellectual. You could be dumb as a box of rocks but that look just makes me melt.

If I go to your house and start reading something, you'll melt!
Do you wear reading glasses? You are too young for that!
