Easy to make:

Guacamole Recipe - Allrecipes.com

Fresh cilantro and garlic is a must and use red onion, not white.

You can also add jalapeno if you have it.

You know I use allrecipes.com also, except I never think to look up certain recipes.

That recipe looks much better tasting than the stuff you can buy packaged. I need to find avocados now.

I don't like the packaged stuff. I once bought "Moe's" guacamole at BJ's and it was nasty! I can't even describe the taste, but it was slimy and chemical-like.

Chipotle makes good guacamole...I could REALLY go for a rice bowl and chips with guac! YUM!

Oh, and I love allrecipes...I've been using that site since 2003.

I discovered it a few months ago. Found some amazing stuff on there.

We have our own little mexican restaurant called Acapulco's here, and there food is fantastic, not expensive, and the guac is awesome. I sometimes buy certain items from there menu because I know it coms with there guac lol.

They teach how to make guacamole here in in grade school, right before you're introduced to fractions.

I think it's a mandatory part of the curriculum.

Nope. Doesn't explain what a grit is.
