15? Pffttt. What......ever. That hardly qualifies for fat. Depending on which method you choose I'm between 20-40 lbs overweight.

Okay, take a pint of blueberries, about 1/2 cup orange juice (or apple), 3tbsp honey and 1tbsp cornstarch + 2tbsp water.
Toss the blueberries, juice and honey into a small saucepot. Simmer until most blueberries burst. Mix cornstarch and water and stir into the blueberry sauce to thicken. Serve immediately.
