Okay, take a pint of blueberries, about 1/2 cup orange juice (or apple), 3tbsp honey and 1tbsp cornstarch + 2tbsp water.
Toss the blueberries, juice and honey into a small saucepot. Simmer until most blueberries burst. Mix cornstarch and water and stir into the blueberry sauce to thicken. Serve immediately.
This requires a juicer:
Mango
Blueberries
Fuji Apple
Juice the mango first, add blueberries as desired, Fuji apple.
The mango acts as the thickener and the apple is the sweetner
