What area? I do LOVE a southern accent on a man...especially one that says "might could" and "fixin'" and even "cut the lights"

That's not mid-west...that's southern!
GA is one of my favorites! One of my good friends is from GA and the nurse we had today at the peds office was too...I can pick that accent out pretty easily.
