Did you have one that was $1 a car load. That happened right before they moved to showing porn. Nothing like Porn on the big outdoor screen, remember being about 12 and the parents would really speed up the car when we drove past those Drive Inns.

We had one where certain nights it was $4 a car load. One Drive-in had 4 screens.

When we were kids my folks took us to the Drive-in. It was the first time i saw "The Thing". scared the crap outta us. We checked under the bed & all the closets when we got home.

The one I remember was John Wayne in "The Searchers", the best western ever. I was maybe 8 years old and fell in love with Natalie Wood.

Yep, great movie. I love Natalie too. "Gypsy Rose Lee".

I don't think the LEO ever got to the truth about how she died. That was a very sad day for me & a terrible shock.
