As far as colds go - when I'm not using my body to supply food for a baby - I take sudafed, chinese herbs, zinc, homeopathic drugs, orange juice, honey tea, and anything else I can get my hands on. I'm not sure which one works! Actually - I got acupuncture about a year and a half ago because I was getting colds every other week due to stress from trying to buy a house - and ever since then, I've only had a couple of very mild colds. I hope I didn't just jinx myself...
I used to do the homeopathic, natural remedies but drifted away from it over the years. Now its back to the OTC racket.
