Simple. You kiss on the lips passionately, and your hands do some exploring like always. I've had some passionate makeout sessions, both that included and excluded french kissing. There were a few times when french kissing almost BROKE the mood for me. You won't believe how many women out there do not know how to do it! But regular kissing NEVER broke the mood.
