When did this conversation take place? The 1950s?
Here's a perfect example of how well some of you comprehend. The very first sentence, of my original post, answers this question. After dealing with people like this, sometimes I wonder if some of you come here to learn something, like most of us do, or simply to be "underpaid" comedians.

When I met the woman I would someday marry, I knew I met 'Miss Right'.

Then I married her and found out her first name is 'Always'.

Ahhh, would it help you at all if I'm from Chicago? No? O.K. How about if my friends mom graduated from Depaul University? Surely, that has to do something for you? Still no? Well, you can't blame me for trying.

You're welcome.
I disagree. When underpaid, one is "not paid enough" for their position. It doesn't matter whether they're currently getting paid or not. A good example would be a comedian, such as yourself, who profits nothing at all. I see no reason why a comedian of any kind, should not receive the kind of benefits that others, such as George Carlin, Eddie Murphy, or Dennis Leary, are already receiving. If your not being well compensated then what's the use? Remember, if it don't make dollars, it don't make sense.

I like the one on Elston and Logan, with the Addison/Kimball one a close second.

Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, they're all the same. Any home improvement store will do. The key is to plan your work, and work your plan.

What about Office Max?

Unless I get rich, a good woman to me is a woman who works. I don't want to have to financially support an unemployed woman like men did in the 50s.

Anyway, this has absolutely nothing to do with Chicago, specifically. Not even a local reference in sight..
