I prefer women's thai's myself, unless of course they appear more like two five gallon pails of cottage cheese, which I'm sure is just as unappealing in men.
What do looks have to do with the person providing a quality massage?
Unless you're really not into the massage for its therapeutic qualities but as a sexual whatever?
I really look for excellent skills, not physical appearance.
Obviously YMMV.

Well Thai massage sometimes involves someone involves the massage therapist walking on your back. Obviously you'd prefer someone petite and lightweight. It's not really that sort of massage anyway so no, the look shouldn't matter, but the weight certainly would (I assume most Thai massueses who work in this style are not too heavy!).
While a professional message may not be sexual in nature, I would not want a man massaging me.
Reminds me of the scene in Pulp Fiction when Travolta and Jackson are debating whether or not a foot massage is sexual in nature. Travolta ends the discussion by asking Jackson if he would ever give a man a foot massage.
LOL, I thought the same, and it is kind ofthe same for me. I have had massages of all sorts sexual and non sexual but even in a non sexual massage I would rather have a girl rubbing me. That said the guy at the Turkish barber shop gives you a head and shoulder rub - kind of strange at first but feels pretty good :-).
The Tantric Body to Body massage at the erotic massage place was pretty hot ;-) classy and clean studio. Was way better than your normal Rub and Tug in the US.
No. I do not think of it as a "sexual" thing. But the fact that you are laying there naked with another person putting their hands on you is enough for me to ONLY consider having a chick massage me. Would never let a dude touch me like that. But it is definitely NOT a sexual thing.

Not all massages are done in the nude.
Thai, Ayurvedic and many other eastern practices are done clothed.

I wouldnt want a dude doing those to me either. If it involves touching me in some form, I prefer to have a chick do it. Every massage Ive ever had was done by a woman. Every yoga class Ive ever attended was taught by a woman (a good yoga teacher physically helps students into correct poses/movements).
someone touching all over your body, who is not a doctor would be considered sexual IMO.
Not everyone's opinion is the same, and for good reason. There are many people that may have to touch your body for one reason or another. I've been on many auto accident scenes where I have helped people out of a car that couldn't help them selves, yeah, I couldn't just grab them by the hair on their head and pull. What about someone giving CPR? Narrow minded people don't deserve to be helped in time of a crisis...

Chicks, huh?
I prefer massages done by men and/or women, ymmv.
I've attended yoga classes taught by both men and women.
Both sexes have been exceptional.
I only go to female doctors when available, male doctors are perverts. Sorry lol.
Your attitude reminds me of a finicky young woman that used to work for me, not that you are young or finicky. She didn't date and was somewhat of a man hater. She wouldn't go to a male doctor, only women doctor's. She started complaining about stomach problems but didn't want to take too much time off work and didn't want to go to a doctor because the women doctors in our town are few. She finally found a woman doctor she would go to, but by that time her stomach problems had really escalated. She died of cancer a year later, she was only 36. Her whole attitude changed when she learned she was terminal, but it was too late. Her smug better than thou attitude took her life. Sometimes being associated with those in the medical profession gives people a slanted outlook at doctors, especially doctors that don't like you and don't want to work with you, and wouldn't want to touch you because they know you.
