Why would you think that it's any different for heterosexuals? Because of the nutcases that post in this forum? If you think they accurately represent the general population, you'd be sorely mistaken.
I'm not just basing it off CD (believe it or not, I know straight people in real life too). I'm sure there are heterosexual folks that go by their own rules too, but I do feel like heterosexuals at large do feel more pressured in general by a set of rules than the gay community at large. I'm speaking in trends, though--I don't literally mean every last straight person on the planet.
