so what do you, smart nerdy men at city-data think of 25 year old girls? Are they past their prime? How at this point in their life should they be navigating the dating pool to capitalize most of whats left of their beauty and youth?
yes. if you're haven't capitalised on that beauty by 30, you better learn how to knit little hats for your cats !

Is a woman "past her prime" at and after 25 years?

That kind of sexist ageist comment belongs on an episode of AMC's Mad Men!

"Prime" for what? For being salivated at, ogled, leered at? Desired for childbearing?

Isn't there a cut of meat called "Prime"? Now, that's a flattering parallel, isn't it?

For men in the "one percent", a woman often is past her sell-by date at 25 and she's likely to get dropped for someone younger. Most men, however, do not have this luxury.
Since most men of whatever percent have very little interest in young women any more except for casual sex, the idea of a woman being in her "prime" is charmingly old fashioned and outdated.

It's not like 25-30 year old women are finding it that easy to get married, because men don't want young women for marriage anymore, they want them for easy sex. So I guess if a woman is panicked about a man wanting her, it's not like men have all that serious/honorable intentions towards women anymore.

I find it interesting these same men who talk about whether or not a woman is in her "prime" if a beautiful, physically fit woman "past her prime" propositioned them for sex, the man would not turn her down!

Women are not sides of beef that have sell-by dates, and if you let men define your worth, you're in for a long, codependent ride in this life.

In five years, you're going to be embarrassed that you even started this thread.

I hope.

Women, if not refrigerated properly, will spoil faster.

Yeah, and I think we all know who's responsible for the spoilage.

Fail to see an issue. If you take care of yourself, you and your "parts" can remain perky/youthful until at least age 40.

*answers question to the thread with this*->

sorta like the premise that a 40 something year old rocker dude should *grow up* and give up playing gigs in bars and clubs or take up elevator music to which I answer pfhttt rock on, rock rock till ya drop!

So my answer to all those 25 plus old babes out there is, rock me baby.
