I really don't believe it's as easy as that for most people. For one thing, I'd have to figure out what it is I'd like to do that would actually provide an income, and so for in 16 years I haven't been able to figure that out. The things I might enjoy doing for a living are things that hardly anyone can make an adequate living doing. In the mean time, I have to eat and pay rent so my only real option is to take the first job I can find that will pay the bills, whether it's a miserable job or not. It's not a matter of daring to dream or not, it's a matter of being realistic and not wanting to be homeless.
Absolutely, you have to pay your bills, I'm not arguing that, just do yourself a favor and don't get stuck in a miserable existence, working at a job you hate for years. You deserve to travel and do what you want to do, it is easier said than done, but it will never happen if you don't believe it can.
It's far more realistic to turn your dreams into reality, than to be handed this hypothetical money that will give you the freedom to do what you want. That's all I'm saying.
I think our biggest problem, I'm talking about men and women here, is that we expect some sort of fairytale romance when first off it doesn't exist and secondly neither party is willing to put in the monumental effort to make believe that it is.
It's as easy to love a rich man as a poor man...well come to think of it...alot easier!!
