Why is marriage and a family THE main life aim for so many girls/women? (kids, wedding)

Actually I think men control life. They are the ones almost universally in power throughout the world. If women were in charge, do you think we'd have all these wars? Particularly utterly useless wars like Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm and the current messes the US is involved in?

Absolutely in the world. They're much more efficient at taking people out of the world than women are bringing them into it.

But only women can bring a to fruition in a physical way; that's simple biology.

I think that's the reason why men try to push women down.

My point was, bearing children does take 2 people and it's best if looked at as if it is a partnership.

No, it doesn't.
A person is not required, only sperm is.
It can come from a sperm bank - a physical person is not required.

The point is that biology doesn't care and only a woman can bring it to fruition.
Men can have sex and sperm and no pregnancy will occur.

It's more common than you think.

I have read a few times when reading profiles on a dating web site that some women wanted children but couldn't or didn't want to find a partner. They went to a sperm bank and had a child 9 months later.
