Trust me, I was speechless. I'm still trying to figure out everything and I'm freaking out. Shes coming on REALLY strong.
Admittedly she has a kid and may just be looking for a good guy. BUT, I'm remaining extremely skeptical. I would just feel bad if I asked about her profession and she gets offended. I also like things the way they are lol.
What would you say of one of your male friends doing the same thing this girl did?
She's a friend of a friend. Just moved back from Vegas (hint #1). We met while attending my brothers house party while she was with a guy (supposedly on their first date). May have been a client, I have no clue lol. We somehow end up chatting and she asks me out on a date (I'm super skeptical, but what the hell its just a date).
Well this date turns into something far more generous that I'd ever intended. She shows up with 6k in her purse, takes me out for nice dinner at my favorite all natural restaurant, takes me shopping (I seriously refused several times and threatened to catch a cab home, I have a complex about accepting gifts). Anyways, she buys me a watch, cuff-links, blazer and underwear (lol?).
Later on that night we head out for drinks, I have every intention of springing for the bill as we hammer back drink after drink while discussing our current situation. She mentions she has a little girl and asks if I have any kids. Informing her I'm childless and snipped, she abruptly gets up stating she had to use the restroom. Turns out she closed the tab and had valet bring the car around lol.....asks if its ok to go back to my place (shes driving because I'm pretty intoxicated) and spend the night....OF COURSE!
Well the obvious happens, she wakes up and COOKS! Mind=Blown.....BUT I'm still highly cautious because of the huge sum of cash and the fact that she just moved back from Vegas. I'm afraid to ask what she does for a living. She told a mutual friend that she has fallen in love with me......I can't say I 100% feel the same but shes very attractive and fun. I did vow to treat her but shes quite adamant that shes not the type that needs to be spoiled...
What would you do in this situation? We have another date this Wednesday. Its to protest a sound ordinance in a historic entertainment venue within a neighborhood currently undergoing gentrification.
Run like hell in the opposite direction.
Sounds to me like this isn't someone who knows how to allow a relationship to unfold naturally.
She's gone full speed ahead focused on you like a cruise missile.
Don't you have an opinion? She's controlling you. She's taking over. Just moved to town and she'll no doubt be introducing you to her child soon so you can babysit. Don't let her move in with you.
She's working you.... You will get the bill later.
Wait... What is your job? Do you have easy access to pharmaceuticals or are you a movie producer? Your next date is at a historic "entertainment" venue?
Wait.... Do you think she is trying you out to be a lead in an adult movie with her?
You've already concluded that she's a social deviant

You already put the kabosh on any chance of having a great friendship or relationship with this woman. You've intimated that you think she's a social deviant (possible prostitute, who lived in Las Vegas, and maybe a thief and/or something worse), so what's the point? You have closed the barn door on the proverbial gift horse.
Dude, sometimes you have to say, "What the ****. Make your move"
