What? That seems like such backwards thinking to me. I would hope every single, sexually active or potentially sexually active person is carrying a condom with them at all times. Being prepared doesn't make you promiscuous or dirty, it makes you smart.
Now, having regular one night stands might make you promiscuous or dirty, but not the condom, nope.
Condoms break and if I had to worry about whether my wife or serious girlfriend wasn't 100% clean and safe, I would pass...thanks.
I don't like it when guys tuck condoms into their wallets. It means they could have broken during the transit of sitting on it. If you have a car, you should have a kit with condoms and lube ready. Then just go get one when the action starts.

Shocking as it may be, some (perhaps even most) people will have sex outside of a committed relationship at some point in their life. Moments like that usually don't come with careful planning, so better to do as the boyscouts do and always be prepared. Anyone who thinks being prepared to keep things safe is sketchy is a nitwit.
