How do you expect anyone to give a credible answer with so little info? It depends on how it came out that you don't like a specific kind of guy as to whether or not you deserved to be called racist

What more info would you like? I was asked if I liked a specific type of guy, I said I am not attracted to that kind of guy, this person and his friend called me a racist...

If you reflexively eliminate entire races of people from consideration, well, you kind of open yourself up to this criticism.
Even if you made a disgusted face during your statement that may not constitute the Racist label. However, your manorisms could suggest otherwise throughout the topic.
I don't find white-blondes attractive and find middle-eastern women attractive could that make me Racist
The term 'racist' is a term bandied about by really lazy people who, ironically, are intent on stereotyping people themselves. Okay, so you prefer a certain ethnicity as the kind of person you are most attracted to. So what? You might like younger people. You might like a certain body type. You might have a dozen other preferences regarding physical appearances that fulfill your ideal S/O. I just don't see a problem with it at all.
