Honestly, I think therapy is nothing to feel embarrassed, ashamed, or strange about - everyone could use someone once in a while to sit and talk with ... an unbiased, outsiders voice to plant seeds, open our eyes, and help guide us in a newer, more therapeutic and positive direction. It may be tough in the beginning, sitting down, and opening up. However, it gets easier and you'll feel better about yourself .... You only get one chance at living life - choose to be happy !
