I guess she doesnt have any friend who would let her get on the computer to let all of us who have been following her story and are worried about her to let us know SHE IS OK!!!!
Sounds a little passive/aggressive to me.

Just bear in mind that both last Friday and Monday were public holidays in England (so most businesses would not have been operating), so it may be taking longer than usual for the OP to get her internet and other utilities set up.

I hope she is fine and will check in soon.

Jenna, just wanted to post and let you know I have been thinking about you for days and praying that all is well. I hope when you log in you will update us. I know this has to have been a very emotionally draining time. Sending big hugs.

Why are you telling us you are passive/aggressive? I don't know anywhere in the world where it's taught that diagnosing over the internet is acceptable practice; not even for "dr" Phil so I just know you're either not qualified or projecting.

As for OP having friends, she has moved into a new neighborhood and a new home with 2 children, without their father. If you don't think that the children are upset by this move in some way, then you really should return to refresh your psych training. Aside from unpacking, dealing with her own emotions and those of her children, grocery shopping and whatnot, I'm certain that internet access for the purpose of continuing her story to satisfy YOUR needs is probably not her #1 priority.

Additionally, it's commonly known that abusive relationships are isolating due to a number of different causes.

Be well, OP.

As i said, I am concerned that those "sad eyes" have won her over because YES it is hard to end a relationship after so many years and with kids and ......

My calling you on your online diagnosis and demand for immediate information was reasonable. What part of you is "bad", I don't know and am not going to hypothesize upon. However, telling me to kick a kitty is uncalled for. As for being smarty pants, even those of us with training/credentials are not the ones who tried to diagnose a poster online.
