Came across an article about a man on MSNBC and decided to have some Google fun. He killed and tortured at least 4 people including a Christian Mission couple.

Yes what you've mentioned is the start of being a man that women find desirable. There are many other great assets like humor, being a nice guy, being a real man, having confidence in who you are, knowing how to treat a lady, etc. I guess those can all fall under the social skills category.
