Do you think people have a realistic picture of why they can't?
A better thread would be others giving possible reasons....so I'll start. Do you have bad teeth, bad skin, or long fingernails?
I think most guys have a pretty realistic picture, yes.
Some guys are just not what most women want.
But I can think of one. I knew a few guys when they were younger were intimidated or uncomfortable around women, so they used to overcompensate by acting rude, crude, and offensive. That is definitely not good around women.

you wouldnt have to bet.. its probably absolutely correct. A pretty girl has guys crawling over her, a good looking guy has to still go out and attract women. One has to put in effort, the other just has to make themselves available.
I can. I do. I even have to turn some down, darn it! Perhaps it's just self-confidence, which I did not project when I was a teen or 20-something.
I'm with you Tao... You can tell by your posts that you have the ability to talk and know the right thing to say to a lady. It take wisdom and a little maturity to reach that level.
As some of us guys get older it's so much easier. It helps that the women are more mature also.

Good looking guys of all types get women hitting on them regularly, and universally good looking dudes (tall, muscular white men) can get laid anytime, anywhere.
Believe me. I've hung out with good looking guys everywhere. In school, at work, at bars, AT CHURCH! I've seen women pull some BOLD stuff...

LMAO. that's what you think, too bad it's not remotely true. since you've never been a woman in this particular situation all you can do is speculate and wrongly at that.
