I'm from a mixed Asian/White background. From what I know, in my mothers culture you are considered a "rebel" or "wild" if you marry/date outside your race whether it be white, black, etc. So my mother was considered a rebel even though to me that's absurd. I don't know if Americanized Asian men have the same social pressure as my mom did...

Also, I think it would be safe not to call any Asian... oriental - many don't like the term and are too polite to say anything to you about it (usually).

Generally,Asians male have no preference.But it's easier to get an Asian woman than white/black woman.Most people automatically take the easier approache.

We exist but we are rare! I am a Black woman very happily married to a Chinese man and there are more of us AM/BF couples. Check out AAAUnity.com - African and Asian American Unity and there are quite a few on MYSPACE with special groups catering and a few forums here and there.

Also, If you go to AznLover.com - Sharing All Things Asian in a search you will find that one of their biggest threads addresses Asian Man with Black women. The curiosity is there and it's getting stronger, but there is a wall between the Black and Asian community that makes both sides feel challenged and discouraged.
