You know so many people complain about the socially awkward people and wonder why they don't get out more, or why they don't talk to people and make friends. These same people in the same breath will insult those who they say need to get out of there shell.
If you won't someone to be social then you can't just sit around and insult them. TRY AND BE UNDERSTANDING.

If its just a rant, you could have started a blog, however, I'll assume your looking for responses.
Perhaps someone needs to have this person a mirror, and have them take a good look, as they mouth off about others.
That's basically it. The problem comes when someone is so fragile that they cannot handle any post that isn't filled with kind, supportive bromides and references to rainbows and butterflies. This is a Relationship Forum, not a support group. If you can't handle a variety of opinions couched in a variety of ways, then I just don't know what to tell you. Toughen up. Because that fragility is likely the very thing that makes one a social outcast in the first place.
