That happened to a wonderfully sweet male acquaintance. Seriously, this guy is just as honest as the day is long. Only it was three kids from his wife's prior marriage, plus the one they had together.
I'd rather not go into mine, but what I can say is that until I met a certain ex, I didn't know how duplicitous people could be and still get away with it. I'm an intelligent person. He had me totally fooled.

Had another friend who knocked up a narcissistic Princess and married her. She convinced him she never wanted any more kids and at 29 he gets a vasectomy.
She filed for divorce 3 weeks after the vasectomy. He said he was good with it since after her he doubted he would ever want to go through the same mistake again.

LOL..SMH.. Back then during that getting dogged time it wasn't funny but at some point in life we just have to look back and ask how could we have been so stupid and laugh it off.
I've also heard and seen those scary marry and adopt the kids stories. It was a big thing back in my military days. I knew a woman who would have a man for each bill. What's crazy she is the one who was telling me I was being played for a fool but I didn't want to hear it because I was in love.. When I told her what happened the first thing out of her mouth was "I told you so" and then she said your lucky we're friends or she would have got me too.
She got that way because two guys in a row cheated on her.. She said no more..

There are guys who are very skilled con artists. They're very smooth. Many have been fooling people since they were kids. They don't really think anything of it, they're functioning purely in survival mode. They don't really have normal feelings and empathy for others, like normal people do.

When I was second year in college I dated a senior in high school. We dated for the summer, then when his school started he broke up with me. LOL. I actually was pretty sad about it.

Mine is short but I was played for a Got Dern Fool I was in love. I mean flowers, cards, gifts the whole bit. She was the one. As I figured she was the one and one day we would be married I told her I would take some of the financial load off of her so she could save some money.
Well I basically took over her car payment of a little over $350.00 a month or something like that. Well a year later or so I find out she is getting married and I was paying her boyfriends car payment for a year or more. LOL...Please don't ask me about the concert tickets for her and her "girlfriend" I payed for..
Yes folks I was DOGGED OUT AND PLAYED FOR A GOT DERN FOOL. Now here's the clincher. She tells she is pregnant and expects me to pay child support. For one the timing didn't add up and her mother told me I wasn't the father but she thought she could get me to pay. At the time of conception I was out of the country for 45 days.
So if someone played you for a fool or just dogged you out tell it.. If you've lived and loved it's a good chance you have a story too.
Oh yes if you are the one who dogged someone out or played them for a fool and want to get it off your chest fess up.
PS. Last I heard years ago her relationship with the other guy was a wreck.

I'd sue her ass.

Years ago I was pistol whipped by a dude an ex was cheating with, it was a pretty traumatic day. I lived to survive but it was a real "turning point".
