Yeah, I know. Lately I find myself trying to come up with some kind of backup plan for myself. I can't bear the thought of being trapped in some horrible situation and being helpless to do anything about it.

You mean an escape plan?
I was sitting in the doctor's waiting room one day and noticed an elderly person who possessed a shoe box size container full of medication.

Yes, that's exactly what I mean.

Do you think the patient was expecting bad news?

LOL, exactly.

So, any Memorial Day plans? We've done exactly nothing all weekend long, and I forecast the same for tomorrow. It feels great, though. We're doing marathons of Dexter, Nurse Jackie. We just started watching 3rd Rock from the Sun (I watched it when it was on, but Chow hasn't seen it).

Just decided to check in today. I haven't been on here in so long, and I wanted to see if things had changed. They have, but not in the way that I hoped. I am not going to be negative, but the fun seems to be gone. I hope all the people that made my time on here so enjoyable are doing well. Happy Memorial Day!

We were at the coast all week, basically doing nothing at our leisure and will continue this trend throughout the holiday.

Even wisecrackers need a little time off.
