Are you really looking for a mans opinion or just venting? You know the answer to your situation, you just need to take the initiative and have the determination to see it through or get you to a different place where life isn't as complicated for you. Good luck.
Why does the answer need to come from a man? Do you need a man to tell you what to do?
Heck, do you need anyone to tell you what to do? Or are you just looking for confirmation of the obvious, which is that you need to go to a shelter for battered women, get counseling, and leave him before he kills you.

You can look into filing for divorce after you're safe. Those shelters can probably refer you to volunteer legal counsel.
