The OP needs to just breakup with his girlfriend. She was fat when he met her so he really doesn't have a leg to stand on.

The OP should choose more wisely next time.

It doesn't differentiate between fat and muscle.

This one should be slightly more accurate.

To the OP, what's her body fat percentage?

Was she big when you met her? Is her momma big? It could be genetics, either way, love it or leave it ,

No body is perfect but there are guys who like big girls. So let her be with one.

How does she lose weight? Easy. All she has to do is drop the bf who chose to start a relationship with her when she was most likely overweight when he met her.

Man, oh man! I wish I had the answer to this question. I live in what was just ranked as the fattest city in the U.S.

I don't know how I come across this forum or post (I signed up just to answer your question)

I have had this problem and I tried something that worked. In my case my GF of 4 years (at the time) would talk about how she didn't look good in the mirror like ALL THE TIME at least one time a day for over 3 months. I didn't think she was bad looking at all but I started to get really frustrated that she was looking for confirmation that I like her looks everyday. SO one day she said it and I said firmly "Do something about it, so that you can stop feeling bad about it" the next day she started a diet and joined curves. She lost 45lbs over the next 8 months and was very happy with herself. She since has gone off the diet and gained it all back. Guess what just 2 days ago I did it again "Do something about it" and this morning she told me she is stopping on her way home from work tonight to join curves. we are at 7.5 years in relationship now and it didn't effect our relationship. In fact she thanked me the first time (MANY TIMES IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS :-) looking forward to all the thank yous again if you know what i mean.

Walk with her, hike with her, and do other activities like rock climbing etc. Indoor activities work as well. Good luck.
