It isn't dating two women, just... well, you know what it is. It'd be entirely different it was a polygamist relationship rather than just sex.

As to your second batch of questions... isn't it gross? That's a matter of opinion. Is sex gross? You can't pass STDs like that any more than you would if you had sex with one woman one night, then another one the next. And I don't know that you'd need a whole box of condoms for a threesome. Just sayin'.
