Would I, could I, should I?
Recently I have been in contact with a former boyfriend, we dated in junior high and again in our 20's, we are now in our 40's.
I am married, he is not, I'm thinking of meeting for drinks, no harm there?

I am married, he is not, my husband works out of town quite a bit. I'm thinking of meeting for drinks, we have always been very easy going around each other and I could see us being very comfortable even after 20 years apart. I'll get right to the point, I'm thinking of hitting it, yes I said it, hooking up for whatever reason. I need it and that's just the way it is. He wouldn't tell and my husband would never know, even though it's cheating it would feel completely comfortable to me.

So you aspire to be a person of no integrity or loyalty?
Gee, you set the bar pretty low for yourself

Ask your husband what he thinks.

And how would he feel if he knew you were meeting an old flame for drinks?

I don't know, it gets lonely when he is gone so much. It would be nice to have someone in town to do something with.

Sounds like you have made up your mind.
