Good grief.

Sounds like you're reaching a little, too. If he were attracted to her, he would not have said that he was "not that into her." Um...right? Men who are attracted to women would not use that post title...
I am not sure where you are reaching your conclusion.

You are so missing the point.
NO ONE is suggesting he lie or act like he is attracted to this girl if he isn't. Good grief.

The next time someone says something along the lines of "It's way easier for women to get laid then men" or "Any woman can walk into a bar, ask 10 guys if they want to sleep with her, and they'll ALL say yes" I'm going to quote this thread as proof that that theory is total BS.

This afternoon she texted me asking when I would be available. I was able to respond because I was on a school bus coming back from a field trip. She asked me when I was available and I told her I wasn't sure, to which she responded that she'd really like to see me (followed with a smile emoticon). By this point I was back at school and had to tend to students, so I couldn't respond right away. A few minutes later, she responds with the text "I guess I said too much."
As it says in my headline, I'm not that into her. Normally I would just ignore her or tell her to eff off, but I just got her a job at my night job, and now she's excited about getting to see me. Furthermore, I'm a bit of a player at this job and flirt with many of my female co-workers.
Given the situation, how should I best handle this?

Hmm... let's see... you normally would ignore her or tell her to eff off... so those two options are out...
Maybe you could start a bad rumor about her? Perhaps you could pants her in front of all of her friends? Maybe pretend like you don't remember her name when you see her at work? I mean - with ignoring and telling her to "eff off" out of the picture - it's so hard to come up with a mature, adult way to handle the situation...
Maybe just tell her that you like her but you'd rather just stay friends? No... that doesn't seem very nice...

LOL. That is sssoo funny that she's working nights where you play. You messed up.
Okay, jokes aside, you should continute to address her like a home girl. When she mentions getting together then tell her you don't know because you're waiting for this chick to let you know when she's availalbe for a date. Keeping saying things like this and she will get the point that she's not the dating level that she is trying to achieve and stop trying to be your girl.

Can we all agree this is a good way to deal with it?
Are we done here?
