Hard to tell. If he isn't interested then why does he reply at all? On the other hand it takes two people to make a conversation work. Guys that are interested should ask you questions and you should ask him questions too. It's like the one word text response. There's not much you can do to keep the conversation going. I'd move on and not reply. If he's interested he'll initiate contact again.
