I came across an interesting blog. The author who is female, indicated that a group of married female friends. All shared over a dinner, that they all had an old flame they thought about daily.

Having a female sibling and observing her own behaviors over the years. Elements of past conversations, I'd say in my own perception that's pretty normal.

So any light on the topic? My own thought is that it's pretty common, but I wouldn't say universal.

We think about the good times, then remember why it didn't work. And remember why we are better without.

Not a female here.. but I think about ex's once in a while, not every day.

That sounds sorta psychotic.... and stalkerish...

Hell to the NO!

Life is about moving forward.

I've been engaged 3 times and NEVER think of them from one year to the next...or when someone asks a question like this one.

Sure, but there are also many...who hop on facebook. Find the old flame, and try to make it work.

Least long enough, for a little excitement.
