Just make it to 2045. People that are a lot smarter than me are convinced that a pseudo-immortality will be achieved somewhere around 2045. It's pseudo in the sense that if you get creamed by a bus you are still going to die, but avoid major trauma and you could potentially live forever. How? 3 ways: 1. Putting machine into man. 2. Putting man into machine. and 3. DNA manipulation. One guy in particular is already asking for billions in funding so he can develop the same tech seen in the movie Avatar
Not to get too heavy, but the heart of this kind of thinking lies in man's resistance to what "is", things change, life is full of cycles, and the faster mankind sees this, the less grief he foists upon himself. The resistance to change is part of this too.......
