Well a bit about me, I'm 5'3, in my late 30s and Asian. She's 5'7, moderately attractive, slender in her mid-late 20s and white. If that's not enough to convince you of it, she continuously commented about how nice my ride, my place, and my lifestyle was (my lifestyle in reality isn't that great). She also commented about how she appreciated someone who is responsible and financially ambitious. And someone who could treat her right.

Don't most people on a (first) date say nice things about their date ("you have a lovely home" "this is a nice car" etc)? So it's just as likely that she sensed that you were showing off and was telling you what you wanted to hear as she was laying out her malicious plan to take your money.

ShortDoctor should run an experiment to test out your "her being nice" theory. Pick her up in a broken-down beater, give her handpicked flowers - um, maybe dandelions? and take her to dinner at Wendys. Tell her your in between Obamacare paychecks or Medicare reimbursements - ya know how the goverment is a slow payer. Gauge her reaction then. Now, you'll really know her true intentions.
