Is it resentment, not living how they wanted to live or a bad experience that they can't let go off? And women how can you tell a man is upset and bitter?

No one wants to spend any time with someone that is angry and better.

Why is it a turnoff ?

Why would a camping trip at Fukushima or Chernobyl be a bad idea ?

I totally DIG the angry and bitters. I live for the day they go postal and I can be interviewed on the news saying how he seemed like such a "nice guy."

What gives them away? Often it comes across as severe sarcasm. This makes them ridicule/downplay the good in others' lives.

They may be guarded and difficult to know.

The worst part is that people who are bitter or full of resentment have trouble expressing compassion and love, making it hard to enjoy life in general, much less love/sustain a relationship with someone else.

Why would anyone want an angry, bitter person at all in their life? It would be bad enough as a friend or colleague. I can't imagine being emotionally involved with someone like that.

You need look no further than CD for good examples.

Women are:

the devil
high maintenance
greedy
can't be trusted
should pay for their own dinner
should pay for their dinner
the reason for every breakup
the reason they can't make it in this world
the reason they can't get a date
conspiring against them
the cause of global warming, taxes, government bail outs and Obamacare

They're negative, hateful, pouty, lazy, black holes of happiness. Everything a woman could ever ask for.

Angry bitter men a turnoff? Why?
Err...because they're angry and bitter?

Nearly all women prefer men who have positive attitudes most of the time, and who are capable of getting over crap and moving on.

Heck - the vast majority of people prefer to hang with other people who generally have positive attitudes, and that's applicable to friendships, intimate relationships, professional relationships, etc etc...

I'm surprised this is even a question. I mean, Captain Obvious up in here...
