I asked because it was brought to my attention that the original appeared to be a blog post. Which, yes. It does. There are blogging options available here, should anyone wish to utilize them.
This forum is typically one where people ask questions/get opinions from one another.
Frankly, I don't read this forum much unless I'm asked to.

In conclusion, I don't think people really want to hear feel good stories without questions posed of some sort, despite what the nice posters here have indicated. In fact, it's been my observation that most who post tend to prefer the opposite. If you scroll through the threads here, the ones with the most responses are the most inflammatory topics. Those topics are clearly more popular with the posting population in general.
Personally, I'd rather more positive topics, same as the rest of you, but the Internet seems to bring out the worst in people.
For example, I asked the OP if she had a question and some of you assumed negative intent on my part. There was none.
I was just doing my job here, that's all.

I have been here for quite some time and have become friends with many. Many have seen me come from despair to where I am now.
Personally, I think this place could use some goodness to it.
