its called being polite and not wanting to attract unwanted attention. just because they find something physically attractive about a guy and give a look see doesn't mean they want to have anything to do with you, know your full life history or even talk to you at all

haha, this describes me pretty well. I will look at guys but only when they aren't looking.

When they wear sun glasses they can probably tell if I'm looking anyways - but generally I try to be pretty non obvious about it.

I do recall, when I was a young whipper snapper, I whistled at a guy and he doubled back, thought I'd have a heart attack. Some friends and I were in a car, at a stop light, so, luckily the light changed before he reached the car and I got away. Stupid thing to do if you don't actually have skills to follow through, which I didn't since in reality, I was a bit of the shy type when it came to guys. Wish I could say, I did it only once, I like to live dangerously at least twice.
