Haha! Lol. It works for me like a charm, hasn't failed me yet! One release is enough for me and it's always a big one when I do it myself. Can take less than 3 minutes or up to about 8 depending on if I want it to last or not. No kidding. Then it's back to the office, movie, sleep whatever...for me. The only time it doesn't work is when I have a man that I'm in love with. Then it's like my actions aren't enough, lol. I need him because that's what my mind and heart wants..

It's not easy for me and I heard from a Monk that that was the hardest part for him of becoming a Monk. However, I don't think it's as hard for some people. I think some people have less of a desire for it, and let's not forget that people who are kept in a physically exhausted state don't think a lot about sex (not that that's practical for most but it is a fact).
