You bold the part about herpes not being a big deal, because I've heard plenty of times 'it's just cold sores', yet ignore the part where I said I would never mess with a girl who had a STD.

The woman who contracts it might not even knows she has it until some point down the road when her fallopian tubes and ovaries become infected and she has to have them removed and is rendered infertile. Hmm, initially I didn't see a problem with sleeping with as many people as possible, but when this MO is combined with someone who doesn't care about the welfare of others then it can be down right dangerous. I don't get it.
