I'm sooooo needing a weekend away too. I was just recently in NY and then Myrtle Beach but not for vacation and not alone. I need a good rest! It has been much too busy around here the last few weeks.

I notic how many people online, whether it is the screen name or email address, it's fairly common to us their birth year, sometimes it's the graduation yr, but a lot of the times it's birth yr.

I can't do that with mine, as I was born in "69".... so ever derivation of screen name or email addresses.... has that sorta "ick" factor to it... like you can vaguely hear the bad 70's porno music in the background......

I will making all in lower carb versions as best I can, cept on occasion, I will be having tatoes and rice with the burgandy beef and chili ever so often. will probably make all the meals on one day and freeze most to last me for a while.
