I'm with Chow. When you become old and pathetic like me you will come to understand that the difficult part is not taking the pain, it's sorting out right from wrong and finding the will to set aside your fear so you can do what you must. It is the latter which makes you a man rather than the bearing of the former.
I have no good advice but I do know that people are frail and they make mistakes, all of them. I have often been wrong because either I couldn't discern what was right or failed due to my own weaknesses as a man. This wasn't for lack of trying though, I will invariable try to do what is right as near as I can see it. I guess where I'm going is that you will have regrets enough in this world even when doing your best, don't add to them.
My friends and I are thinking of taking a trip to Savannah. Definitely going to hit up her restaurant if we go...however I'm not sure there will be anything on the menu I can eat.
I've posted this before, but a couple of years ago we went to see AC/DC at the MGM Grand in Vegas, and Emeril Lagasse has a restaurant there. All his schtick aside, it was the best meal I've ever eaten. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I'm almost trying to come up with reasons to go to Vegas so I can eat there again...
Maybe I spoke too soon about Bobby Deen's recipe being healthy. I just read it again and he's got us putting a big lump of butter on each filet before baking.

Just cut that way back and then it's back to being healthy!

Some olive oil and toss under the broiler.
