Why isn't anyone saying abs? I work on my six pack every day of my life and this thread is killing my motivation to maintain my carved abs.

According to many polls, I think it was Chest, Shoulders and Arms that were on top of lists. Abs is the hardest muscle to get and very few have it. I have a decent six pack not where near what the models have. You don't need to work on your Abs, they are made in the kitchen. If you want strong abs then yes you need to do the exercise but not everyday. They need rest just like any other muscle.

Plus you should be working for yourself and not anyone else.

Lol, who cares if they don't? Please don't let posters on a message boars kill your motivation.

My abs and v are probably my best features and if that doesn't attract a woman for whatever reason, then so be it.

I bet there are women on here who are attracted to a man with a belly more than abs. Take their opinion with the smallest grain of salt.

This is all true, I was just saying it was weird to me about abs not being voted a lot.
