He's not interested in going out with you. He just wants mess with your mind. Forget about him.

So second time I said I was around let's meet up and we do. He said lets have lunch and I say yes tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I can't get a hold of him. He tells me he doesn't remember agreeing to have lunch with me. I get annoyed but let it go. We hang out a few more times, sometimes he contacts me but it's always last minute or if I happen to be in the neighborhood. Well he asked to have lunch today, I say sure but I can't get a hold of him. He said he was in the shower. I'm like why would you ask someone to have lunch then be unavailable? Are we having some major communication problems or is he playing some game with me?
There's a very good chance this man is testing you, seeing just how much BS you're willing to put up with. He's a player, and he'll hurt you. Leave him alone.
