Like big boobs, a lot of men like big booties. It's really no surprise that you'd draw a lot more attention with an enhanced rear end, especially if it looked "over-the-top". Personally, I find a curvy but athletic looking butt to be very sexy, but a lot of men are really into huge "donks" (as my former coworker hilariously called them), including some that, to me, look ridiculous and way out of proportion. At my last job I worked with a lady who was rather pretty in general but she had a butt that almost looked cartoonish. She always had men talking to her, flirting, interrupting her while she was trying to work, etc. This was in a factory, and at her particular work station she was positioned so you mainly saw her from behind, so naturally every man in the place would gaze upon that huge butt every time they went by. To me, her butt was just too big. Not as drastic as some I've seen, but just enough to look out of proportion. But I still noticed it, not because I thought it was particularly attractive, but because it stood out so much from the norm (no pun intended).
Buns of steel is pretty much something anybody could achieve as long as you're willing to put work into it and if you don't have something like a knee injury if that's something that matters to you.

Not every guy is into big asses. Some guys think they are gross and it is actually considered an insult to some women to be told they have a big ass. I know that in the black community it's considered a compliment but even then, not every black guy is into them.
Guys range the gamut in what they like in a woman. Some men are into thin builds, others into pear shapes, boyish builds, stocky, fat (chubby chaser ) builds . There are guys who focus on a woman's lips, others her legs, still others her skin or hair.
Essentially, there is a guy out there who would like what YOU have.
I understand wanting to be noticed by men. I do. But because men are not asking you out in droves as you'd prefer, doesn't mean you are not attractive.
On the flip side, being a woman who's constantly chased by men is not always as glamorous as it might appear. Such women might have had tons of heartbreak, been seen as a trophy, not a person, been used etc.
